Complete Satisfication Guarantee : If you're not 100% satisfied with your order, we will arrange for your goods to be either reprinted, at no extra charge, otherwise issue you a full refund.
Best Price Guarantee : We will better any competitors price for the same or a higher spec'd product.
Moneyback Guarantee : If you do happen to find the same product offered elsewhere at a lower price - and you've already paid for your goods - we will match that price and refund you the difference.

To avoid any misuse, our 3 Way Guarantee comes with these conditions...
• The guarantee is valid for up to 14 days from the date of your order and applies to printed products only.
• Any files supplied must be as per our specs for your printed job to qualify (eg. if you supply a low res image - we can't be held responsible for it not coming out clear).
• Before reprinting or refunding any order, the original order must be returned, in good condition. Pro-rata reprints / refunds will apply on any goods not returned.
• The guarantee does not apply to freight claims, however we will reprint orders damaged or lost by our nominated couriers. We are not responsible for any damages or claims incurred by you or your business caused by receiving materials which are defective or incomplete or which you receive later than the estimated delivery date.
• The guarantee is limited to reprint of the original order quantity or refund of the purchase price of the order. To ensure this clause is not abused, it is at our discretion whether we reprint or refund. Maximum refund per order / customer is $500. The only remedy for problems with orders over $500 is the resupply of the order to correct the product issue.
• The guarantee does not cover colour issues, unless you have specifically requested our 'colour match service', of which fees apply. Any charges associated with design, consultation, web services or 3rd party services such as mailing and distribution are not covered.
• Proof will be required for any current competitor price comparisons for the same or a higher spec'd product. Special quotations, 'Loss leader' or trade offers may be excluded. We reserve the right on any final decision.
